Don't judge me for using this song pleeease! I know you're all probably tired of it already but, well, I started this video like 3 weeks ago and thought I wasn't going to finish it.
I finished watching S3 a while back and got so excited for my babies (DISCLAMER: I love Mary and Francis too!) - I simply can't get over Mary and Bash ughh. I haven't watched S4 yet but from what I've gathered they didn't have a single scene. DISAPPOINTED.
Anyways, this is for the Mash fans that are still out there!
And even if some of you might not like this ship, I hope you enjoy the video nonetheless. :)

I’ve been shipping Mash since I first saw this episode, I love frary but I like Mary and bash together more, sometimes I wonder if everything would’ve gone smoother if she had a married bash.

Maybe maybe not. I have always liked Bash better I just fell in love with his whole person. The way he loved Mary was such a pure and kind way. But Mary always loved Francis more even tho Mash shippers (I am one too) wanted her to marry Bash. At least in season 3 she should have come together again with Bash but the producers had other plans for them.

See... The show is based on real events, so we can't change history... But I think that Bash would have done everything for Mary just to see her happy.

I almost feel like Francis is Stefan and Bash is Damon, Francis will always love Mary but not as much as Bash. Francis is a safe love, true but safe, and Bash loves Mary for everything she is. He brings out sides of Mary that Francis doesn't, Bash is better for Mary then Francis in my opinion.

Yeah Francis values other things as much as he valued Mary like France. Bash/Damon valued Mary/Elena as if they were the only girl in the world.

Mary and Bash weren’t toxic like Damon and Elena though. And Bash only tried to pursue Mary when she wanted it whereas Damon tried to force himself on Elena.

I finished this show a long time ago although every once in a while I come back to this video, even though it pains my heart so much because I just know they were meant to be. In all the series I’ve ever watched I’ve never seen such a complex character like Bash love someone the way he loved Mary. His love was just so pure and the way he put her first above anything is just wow. I’ll always be bitter about how they ended their relationship.And at the slight chance of happiness for Bash was with Kenna and they ruined that too. I’ll NEVER forgive them (writers) for ruining this beautiful thing called Mary and Bash. In my head, Mary and Bash are together ruling Scotland with gorgeous kids and they’re the most humble and amazing monarchs ever.

I wish we could’ve seen him in the last scene of the finale of the show. Even if he bursted in and they saw each other for the last time. Or even died together. And i like to believe that if the show didn’t follow what happened in real life that bash and mary would’ve ended up together. Why can’t Bash end up with Mary :( he is such a gentleman and any girl would take him. It’s such a shame they didnt end up together.

I've been looking for weeks for someone who still vids these two and it wasn't till today when I FINALLY found a video of them. I knew they wouldn't end up together (though my heart was rooting for them) I hate how the writer didn't even give us a single scene with Bash. I mean c'mon they did totally fanservice for Fray fans, putting the "afterline" scene :/ Anyway, youre editing is great and I love the fact that you used voiceovers. I hope you'll vid them again one day

It wasn’t fan service it was the plan from the beginning that scene was filmed during s3 filming when Francis died no matter how many seasons the show went on to have that would’ve always been the ending. It’s not anyone’s fault y’all didn’t listen to the producers when they told you repeatedly it was always gonna be Francis and Mary and that bash and Mary’s romantic story was over and done in season one and that they weren’t returning to it . You don’t have to like it but just accept the truth lol. I mean they’ve openly admitted to creating bash’s character with the intent of creating tension and drama for frary if you didn’t catch on then that’s on you. Leave frary’s afterlife endgame alone not their fault they’re soulmates

I love how you adapt moods with the colours changing. The first time when he’s seen her dance it’s brig and colourful. To happy moments in bright colours. When he’s in the cell it shifts to a darker colour. A sour one. When times were dark and harsh.

Estoy reviendo Reign y debo decir que la primer temporada es la mejor, el triángulo amoroso esta muy bien logrado, realmente shipeo ambas historias, Mary y Francis, Mary y Bash. Creo que si Mary fuera una chica normal, Bash hubiera sido la mejor opcion, pero como reina eso jamás hubiera sido. Igual adoro su relación con Francis, pero le falta esa rebeldía que solo Bash tiene.

I can tell you when I started watching I was obsessed with it! I usually like historical shows from this period of History so I'm a bit biased, but you should totally give it a shot. :) Adelaide Kane's acting is amazing on Reign!

She looked at both. First she looked at Bash and Francis saw that and watched them. When the feathers came down from the sky Francis and Mary remembered something from their childhood together and they looked at each other.
