Let us go back to Genesis 1:28, remember God give man authority over everything and for him to have dominion and subdued the earth. So it will be illegal for God to operate in the earth without going through a human body. Remember spirit and demons do not operate on the earth accept with the invitation on man. So Jesus Christ have to be born of a woman to take on a body of a man.

If "Mary Did not give birth to JESUS" is the same as "Mary did not give life to JESUS", then yes you are right. But don't use the word "birth". Birth doesn't just include giving life. It also includes bringing into the world through a womb. So explain your words clearly

Jesus was born by Mary, that’s why she had to carry him for 9months, gave birth to him the same process by which every child on earth was born. She breastfeed Him for couple of months, and that is what made Jesus 100% human and 100% God. God has the power to bring Jesus into this world without Mary, but He had to go through all the natural process for a child to be born into the earth except conception part which was by the power of the Holy Spirit. Every other thing remains the same and that was the legal right Jesus had to exist as God in this territory of humanity. If not that Jesus was born as every other child, he would have violated the process ordained by God for a child to legally come into this world and that would’ve made His time on earth illegal just as satan is.
