メリーホプキンだから、この歌は心に響くのでしょうね。声とメロディが、涙を誘います。悲しき天使は何回も聴いているけど、その度に、心がキュンとなります。涙を誘う歌ですねー。

メリ－と同じ時代黄金時代世界的にも夢と希望と未来が見据える時代でしたもう５０年前の夢のような時代はないと思います(個人のおもい)この頃は貧しけど人の心は豊かだった様な気がします今見たいな事件も少なく気候も安定いたし音楽も名曲揃い奇跡ロマン溢れる不自由はややありましたが皆んな前をむいてコツコツと頑張った時代でしたね今後はもっといい時代を皆んなで築いて行きましよう🌈

1968 - 1970. A brief period of time in my youth so carefree, happy, hopeful and seemingly unending. And with the enchanting voice of Mary Hopkin filling the airwaves. Such a memorable phase in my life. Love from KL. Tq. Tq.

Mary Hopkin has always been my "sweetheart ", eversince she sung "Those were the days ". Listening to this extended musical version of hers, I truly appreciate more than ever her talent, angelic vocal, and her beauty. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful album. There are no words to describe how deeply felt this means to me and probably to all of her fans. Thank you ever so much 💓

Is September 2022 too late to hear her for the first time? (I wasn't born yet) very nice rhytm in voice like Paul Wilber, Roy Orbison Roger Whitiker . Few singers can be a drummer voice

She could have carried on with her singing career for far much longer than what she did and ģain greater recognition but this rather modest and some what shy welsh lass from Pontardawe in South Wales lost out to competition from that other singer ( originally from South Africa ) Sandy Shaw .
