I used to wear white vinyl boots and hot pants with the matching mini skirt and I wore white lipstick and nail varnish. I bought Mary Quant cosmetics from big department stores in Christchurch NZ. It was a fun time for fashion and I loved it.

I think teenager culture is very interesting, I feel it's one of the first things that go when there is scarcity, so people like Mary Quant are very precious. Teenagers and youth culture is a good thing, we should listen to our teenage selves, to enjoy life and have fun
