Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed an executive order to issue more than 175,000 pardons for marijuana convictions, after Black residents were disproportionately convicted. News4’s Megan McGrath reports live from Annapolis.

Decriminalizing marijuana frees up the court system for more serious issues. However driving under the influence of marijuana can still be a factor in accidents.

You do realize every prisoner is charged more than 200 dollars a day for their cell. Prisons are for profit. That is why the right has been fighting to be able to arrest people for petty nonsense.
