Yeah, they did that in my state too. Turns out it wasn’t just low level marijuana charges that were in that bill. People might want to look at that bill and just review. What’s actually in it

@@bettertoaster they also added charges that had nothing to do with weed. Possession of a weapon, aggravated assault. And in NJ they have federal funding for anyone to apply for expungement(s) for free. I’m fine with that I know a few people who did stupid things when they were younger and don’t think they should have to pay for it for the rest of their lives IF THAT WAS THE ONLY ARREST made since then. NJ is a criminal state, you want to get away with it, u can. Our Governor tends to follow what California does, that probably explains it in a nutshell shell. Sorry for the lengthy message
