I totally get what she's saying. Weird thing is I've never been in a relationship myself and at this point I don't think it will ever happen. Happiness is meant for everyone, love on the other hand...

I can't agree with her. You need to love yourself indisputably. People mistakenly think that love is when a person is happy and feels good. This is a misconception.
