INGREDIENTS:
Eggplant/Baingan- 2 medium cut in slices
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-21/2 tsp
Garam masala- tsp
Amchur-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-1-2 tsp
Gram flour -21/2 tabspn
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Water - to make batter
Sooji - to coat on slices
Oil- to shallow fry
