ingredients
Dry Peas 100gms
2 Medium sized potato
For Grinding
oil
1 big onion
green chillies 3 to 5
garlic 3 to 4 strands
Ginger small piece
clove 3 cinnamon small piece
jeera 1/2 Tsp
fistful of corriander leaves/hara dhaniya
fistful of mint leaves
1 Tomoto, medium sized
cooked peas and potato 1 big spoonful
Garam masala 1 Tsp
dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 3 to 4 pinch
salt

@manoj kadhir you need to also learn how to make pani puri.. bhel puri, aloo ppuri, dhai puri, etc to open up a shop.. else no one will come and u have to consume your own only masala puri...
