Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
dry Coriander Crushed 2 tbsp
Red Chilli flakes 1& 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
carom Seeds 1/2 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
fenugreek 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
gram flour 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour (maida) 4 tbsp
cornflour 2 tbsp
1 Egg
Water as required
oil for fry
