आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है हलवाई जैसा अलवर का कलाकंद वो भी सिर्फ 15 मिनट में | घर मे सॉफ्ट कलाकंद, परफेक्ट मिल्क केक, दानेदार कलाकंद, बाजार जैसी मिठाई, मलाई बर्फी, कलाकंद बनाने की विधि | परफेक्ट कलाकंद बनाने की आसान रेसिपी, सिर्फ दूध से बना केक, दूध पेड़ा, मावा पेड़ा, मावा केक, दूध की मिठाई, प्योर दूध का मावा, दिवाली मिठाई रेसिपी, करवाचौथ स्पेशल रेसिपी, मलाई बर्फी, दूध का कलाकंद, 2 कलर वाला कलाकंद बनाने का सही तरीका देखिये और आसान अलवर का मावा-कलाकंद रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Water(पानी) - 1-2 Spoon
* Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
* Alum(फिटकरी) - Less Than 1/8 Tsp
* Mawa(मावा) - 400-450 Gram
* Sugar(चीनी) - 350 Gram
* Ghee(घी) - 150 Gram
RECIPE:
Take a tin or any thali or mold, place the butter paper in it & keep it aside.
Keep the heavy bottom pan/kadhai on the flame. Put some Water & Milk & boil until it gets half from its initial quantity. Then put Alum Pieces gradually & mix well. Then put crushed Mawa & Sugar gradually & cook well by stirring it. Then add Ghee slowly in it. Cook it on a high flame by stirring it continuously then turn off the flame. Put the Mawa in the tin, and cover it with silver foil & a steel plate. Then cover it with a thick cloth & keep it in a warm place for 7-8 hours or overnight. Then take out the Mawa on a plate, cut it into pieces & enjoy the tasty Alwar Ka Mawa. In this way, Alwar's Famous Milk Cake will get ready at home in 15 minutes.
