INGREDIENTS:
* Margarine Butter(मार्जरीन ) - 1/2 Cup/60 Gram
* Amul Butter(मक्खन) - 1/2 Cup/60 Gram
* Sugar Boora(शक्कर बूरा) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk(दूध) - 100 ml
* Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
* Vanilla Custard Powder(कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp/10-12 Gram
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Vanilla Essence(वेनिला एसेंस) - Some drops
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 200 Gram
RECIPE:
On a plate or thali, take some Margarine, Amul Butter, Shakkar Boora & mix them all well by adding Milk gradually. Then put Milk Powder, Vanilla Custard Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Essence & mix them all well. Then put Wheat Flour by sieving it, mix all well & make a dough & keep it aside. Then take a Cookie Maker/Chakli Maker, grease some oil & put the Cookie Dough in it & make Cookies. Then cut it in the shape of Biscuits/Cookies. Take a baking tray & put Butter paper in it then put Biscuits in it & bake it in the preheated Oven at 160 degrees for 15 min. Then keep the baked Cookies on a ring/rack for cooling down then put them in the airtight jar & enjoy the Tasty Atta Cookies/Biscuits for a long time. Serve it & Enjoy the Super Tasty Atta Cookies/Biscuits at home.
