✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
Murmura Laddu 1st Recipe
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - 1 Spoon
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Bowl/250 Gram
* Puffed Rice/Laai(मुरमुरे/लाई) - 3 Bowls/More than 100 Gram
Gud Gaata 2nd Recipe
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - 2 Tbsp
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 400 Gram
* Fennel(सौंफ) - Some
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1 Tsp
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Murmure: in a kadhai, pour some Ghee in it Then add Sugar Powder, Water and Jaggery to it, Cook it on a slow flame and let the Jaggery melt Then add mix Puffed Rice/Laai mix it and make perfect Murmure Laddo Recipe
For Gud Gatta: In a Kadhai pour some Ghee in it. then add Sugar, Water, and Jaggery to it. Cook it on a slow flame. then Check the Jaggery as shown in video. add Fennel mix it then adds baking Soda in the mix it then takes out the mixture in a greased mold. after 1-2 hours take out the gudgatta on a plate. in this way, the market-style GudGatta will get Ready at home.
