Ingesting testosterone is not a good way to transition, as your body will digest it and convert it to energy. All hormones need to be directly introduced into the bloodstream to reach the brain.

I think there is but it's just a supplement and can greatly increase the possibility of heart issues. I think they might be okay if you take them in smaller doses but I'm not all that sure. From my knowledge they're similar to having injections, so basically more scary. I'm not a professional on this though, so don't take this advice to heart.
