I had been feeling very depressed and alone and lost for quite some time recently, and then a few days ago a commercial for some store advertising a sale on back to school clothes came on the TV. They were playing Mase's version of "Welcome Back Kotter" and it sent chills through my entire body. I had never heard this version before but I instantly fell in love with it. I googled it and found this video and have been playing it over and over again for days now. Something about it touched my heart and gave me hope and inspiration. I feel renewed and alive again.

This joint is illy - IDGAF what anyone says! I've always thought he was underrated. He's got a certain groove to him, distinctive voice/flow and he's so damn likeable. I like Mase & all, but , but the preaching thing must not be working out like he thought. Considering he can't make up his mind on if he wants to dance or have the holy ghost. & he was foul for the timing of his 1 sided tweet. Right after he gave the Grammys something to think about, he comes in with that tweet. trying to tear a brother down in front of the white folks, not telling the whole story. Besides, if Mase didn't sign any papers granting him the rights to the masters that's on him anyway.
