Actually, unfortunately IT IS "common" to see and live many dark things like a "dead body" amongst a whole lotta other things like violence, prostitution, gangs, drug abuse, etc.etc,etc..... When growing up in low income sections better (known as the hood) of ANY inner city 🏙️, worlwide. I grew up in BK. NYC in the 80's and though they may try and "gentrify" and clean up certain areas ,the problems don't disappear everywhere, ever.
