リクエストが多かったので、改めて2種類のマスクそれぞれ S/M/L サイズの型紙を作りました。世界中みんな顔のサイズも様々で、使う生地の厚さによっても着け心地が変わります。まずは同じ寸法で一度作ってみて、合わなければ微調整の方法なども参考にアレンジしてみてください😊 I received a lot of requests, so I made patterns for masks of S/M/L sizes. Everyone in the world has a different face size, and the comfort of wearing depends on the thickness of the fabric you use. So please try to make one first and if it does not fit, change it according to the adjustment method I show. This is by far my favorite mask, and I have made at least a dozen variations of masks. This style with the nose wire does not fog up my glasses. In the basic mask pattern, how would I incorporate a nose wire? Thanks

こんにちは！詳しい動画をありがとうございます☺️何度もこちらのマスクを作らせていただいています。そこで質問(というかリクエストになってしまうかも…)ですが、ゴム通しと最後の折り返しを一度に縫いたいなぁと思うのですが、どのような寸法にすれば叶いそうでしょうか？私が不器用なあまり、どうやってもゴム通しと最後の折り返しを別々に縫うと直線がガタガタになってしまって…😭

Hi could I just clarify you say 1cm all the way and 1.5cm for small but then you mark next to the pattern can I ask where the 1cm is added thank you for the pattern

I noticed your measurements here and in other videos are different. I’m trying to figure out which one to use. This one or the summer mask version. Can you explain how or why you changed the measurements? It seems shorter and longer in the summer version.

I'd like the answer to seam allowance-there or not there-, too. Video jumps from marking around pattern pieces to a finished product.

@@keiko_olsson Why not? It would be so much clearer and easier for novices to follow a pattern, that is cut-and-sew vs add- some-more. Even sewing patterns have the seam allowance built in. This is the first pattern-and I've been watching a lot to get various sizes and methods of assembly-that has no built in seam allowance.

Actually in Japanese tailor work, it is very common to make the pattern without seam allowance. Including seam allowance is also done but it depends on what you make. This time I have intentionally made without seam allowance. The mask is very sensitive to the size, when you put on it you might get a different feel if even 1-2mm wrong. So I recommend to draw a line exactly where to sew. And also for hand sewing it’s better to draw a line first. I recommend try one without pattern first (draw a mark directly on the fabric) and if you are satisfied with the shape & sizes, then you can make a paper pattern. (You can choose yourself with or without seam allowance) Anyway I should have mentioned more carefully that this pattern is not including seam allowance. I learned that common sense is different between Japan and other countries. Thank you for your comment!

Both are right measurements. The measurements in the description are for the fabric size. So it’s including seam allowance. Good luck with your project!

この動画は、概要欄にある2種類のマスクの型紙の作り方で、それぞれサイズが微妙に違います。大人用Mサイズで4cmは基本の形です。フィルターポケット付きはMサイズ 5cmで（ポケットがある分深めです）微妙にサイズが異なります。この動画の最初の方でその旨解説しています。基本のマスク 1:12 からフィルターポケット付きマスク 2:37 から参考になりますように！

どうしてもゴム通し部分最後の開きの部分の長さが合わなくなります。何かコツはありますか？何度も見て1.3cmまで測ってるんですが… あと、ゴム通しの最初の1cm、縫うときに広がってはみ出てしまいます。そちらのコツもあれば…

使用する生地や、印のつけ具合、角の出し方でだいぶ変わりますので「幅1.3cm」はあくまでも目安です。大事なのは開いた状態で確認することです。その部分に関しては、 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rN10mcupmMDXj40.html こちらの動画で8.50あたりからやり方を解説していますので、チェックしてみてください。（３cmとありますがこれも目安なので臨機応変に、とにかく開いてみて確認するのが一番です）縫い代がはみ出してしまう場合は、あらかじめ少し内側に折ると良いですよ。ツイッターに動画をあげているので、良かったら参考になさってください。twitter.com/keiko_olsson/status/1256164331152183296?s=20　この動画ではミシンの上で折っていますが、最初にアイロンで折るときにやった方がやりやすいです。生地が伸びやすいので多めに内側に折ってみてください。うまくいきますように！
