Күн бұрынBack on the lake chasing jewfish flathead an more, using a mix of vibes and plastics i manage a great half days fishing with some cracker results aswell. After being sick all week it was definitely a struggle just to function as normal but I persisted and it was well worth it. Not good Andrew that you have been sick mate. Best way to get over it would be on the water I hope your feeling better soon. Another top video mate good to see a dew. I'm all packed to head off somewhere tomorrow morning weather I head your way yet I'm not sure I'm have to find some accommodation to camp. Look forward to your next video mate

Found my Mask Vibes the other day I have 10 of them bought them for 10 each of a guy getting out of bass fishing I’ll give them a throw. I caught a Jewfish the other day exactly the same all head shoulders and a little tail must be genetic. Good effort in the Lake it takes huge commitment to Just keep casting it can be a cruel place to fish at times 😂😂👊

There seems to be a few about now Andrew which is good. The rain and temperature drop in the water has helped. Should start to fire up from here on 🙌

Thanks alot Craig, that jewy was a lump in the head and middle. I think its tail fogot to grow 🤣 geez it had some weight to it. Very nice flatty aswell had great colours to it. Always good to get some nice fish out there 👍

Good to see a jewfish make an appearance Andrew. I bet you forgot you were sick when it started those head shakes😂 I was about 450m east of that spot and saw you, but I had a mates son with me who was keen to keep fishing.

I was wondering where u were Pete, i was heading down to mannering park an just stopped in there so got lucky. Seen a few jews getting put up on facebook aswell so id say the rain has helped them out a bit. Hopefully u got into some good fish mate.

Another terrific video, Andrew! The number of times I've been out on Lake Macquarie and got a doughnut... I don't want to think about it! 😂 I'm obviously doing something wrong... but I'll try your Mask vibe if I can get one next time! As always thanks for sharing, enjoyed watching very much.

I always appreciate the views thanks alot. I have spent lots of years lure fishing an time on the water is key. I started lure fishing over 30 years ago so ive learned quite alot in that time. Stick at it each trip even donuts theres something to learn. Maybe next trip u might get onto that big jewy 🙌

Any tips for keeping the transams fresh and not getting soft and slightly melting?

I have my lures under the boat deck mate that way they stay out of the sun with the other hardbodys etc

@@Lowysfishing I felt like mine was starting to get sticky and soft while I was fishing. I was using scent tho does that make them melt a bit do you think?

I never do I just felt like it was going soft as I was fishing with it. I did use it for 8hrs or something mayb the sun was making it soft. What’s your thoughts on the Samaki vibes?

Got those from mo tackle mate 👍 i only have bcfs near me here in maitland an they dont ever have much i like. Maybe some plastics but even then the stock levels are always so low.

Was super heavy mate. Big head and gut, just a small tail. Had a mate get a jewy the same shape not that long ago aswell. Not sure what causes it ?
