Nah, I have a strong feeling she wanted to get revenge on him which is why she decided to post the photos on social media instead of going to the police. Look into the psycology of people in abusive relationships and they do struggle to leave and will return in cases over and over this isnt uncommon but is a damn shame because, the evidence shows he wont change his pattern of behaviour to her now.
