Any stone, including rubble, of irregular shape with “torn” edges, can always be laid beautifully. The villa will be transformed, and just a plot, if you know the technology of masonry.
Under the tracks laid a couple - three kilometers of tape drainage system. Laid out and still lay it out of rubble stone.
Drainage on the site should be done with a high level of groundwater and / or in the presence of heavy rains, so that the water does not stagnate in the site, and there is no dampness and mold in the living quarters. Outwardly, the drainage is like a stone wall folded onto a dry buta wall.
In this project, the garden and vegetable garden are outlined by part of the paths of the villa. From solid soil we made a drainage system with a height of 0.50 - 1.5 m and a width equal to the width of the paths. On top of the drainage laid the top cover - a stone walkway. Then they poured soil into the space between the tracks.
We do the drainage system under each of the paths: we pull the thread-beacons and stack one row of stones on the threads on both sides of the path. Between these rows of stones we pour concrete in the form of a gutter, on which water will subsequently drain. That is, we pour less concrete in the center of the track, and more at the edges where a number of stones are laid out. When the solution hardens, we place drainage on the gutter.
Before starting the installation of the drainage we stretch the beacon threads corresponding to the upper level of the drainage and its width. Check the lighthouse level! We put drainage in rows. A number of external stones are laid on one side and on the other. We middle up with stones of small and medium sizes. We don’t fall asleep from the bucket, but stack each stone manually and wedge it so that there are no voids between the stones! If you just pour stones, without a wedge, this will be a pile of stones, which will spread over time.
In any masonry, with or without mortar, proklin is important! It is because of the correct wedging of large stones with small stone structures that have stood for centuries!
We take a stone for a drainage system wild, ragged, curved, oblique - whatever. You can not process it at all, or you can make a “skeleton" of a stone: specify its lower and upper planes.
Two adjacent stones should serve as a relatively flat plane, where it will be possible to put the next upper crossing stone. If the stones are uneven from above, then we place small stones between two such stones so that they form an even plane from above. Then only on them we put a crossing stone so that the middle of its lower plane is at the junction of the two lower large stones.
When the drainage for the track is ready, we lay the track on it. First we pull the thread-beacons, water the drainage from the hose for better adhesion of concrete and stones. We pour concrete on top and put a reinforcing mesh. And on the reinforcing mesh we lay out the top coating of the tracks - the bridge (for more details, see the link part 6 stonesuccess.vip/shcool/dorogi..., and here part 2 - 5 http: // stonesuccess. vip / shcool / dorogi_i_ploshhadki / dorozhki-iz-butovogo-kamnya-bez-bordyura-master-klass /
For the integrity and long-term preservation of the tracks, we make them sectors about 5 m long. We make construction joints between the sectors of the track. This allows you to prevent the destruction of the stone structure during a sharp change in the terrain (earthquake, etc.). Through drainage, the entire plane of the plot can be leveled. Put tracks with drainage under zero, and fill the ground to the level of the tracks. And you can leave the tracks high - the choice of the customer.
Using the same technology as drainage, we put fences and retaining walls from rubble stone. They fit perfectly into any landscape and look very elegant - for example, a stone fence with living trees inside stonesuccess.vip/shcool/steni_....
