19:00 There's a great film reference in Part 4 that I didn't mention in the doc, but I absolutely love: When Kzy told Jason "Don't think. Feel." he was referencing Bruce Lee in Enter The Dragon. Jason Lee patterned his wrestling style (and name) after Bruce Lee, and Kzy knew that. It may have been what made up Jason's mind. “Don't think. FEEL. It's like a finger pointing at the moon. Do not concentrate on the finger, or you will miss all of the heavenly glory.” -Bruce Lee

This video has gotten me very interested in DG. It seems like a wrestler can join or leave a faction at any time which keeps the product fresh. Another small thing I really liked that I gathered from this video was how members of each faction have matching gear! It made the Triangle Gate matches you linked a lot easier to watch.

Yes! That's one of the big draws of DG - the gear and logos make it very easy to tell who's together, and unit betrayals are a BIG deal, usually more than individual feuds (Stardom has a similar format). Yeah, it's unfortunate. But I don't believe the door is closed permanently - I never thought I'd see Ultimo or Shuji back either. Z-Brats needs to start recruiting fast though, or reform a new unit.

Thank you! I'm 100% planning on a Part 5 (or separate sequel video since it's not technically Masquerade), but I want to see how the story unfolds a little more before getting into it.

Honestly not surprised there is no Star Wars connections, it uses the classic meaning and use of the name from back when people stood on the wings of biplanes in sky shows as they performed numerous stunts, who were called skywalkers or as the nickname he has of 'The man who flew over the sky" implies. Also is that where Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish's REDragon name comes from R.E.D and Dragon...gate fused?

I'd like to at some point, but work is going to be busy coming out of this winter. There's a quick history in my "How to Get Into Dragongate" video, but ideally I'd like to go year-by-year and talk about each unit. Maybe if things settle down later in the year.

Most of it was Korakuen shows and PPVs, so they should all be up on the Network. The only ones you might not find are the smaller touring shows, and Final Gate which have some kind of broadcasting rights issues. If you know the dates for missing ones, you can probably find them on Bilibili or Youku.

It's Shun's old theme, called "Fly Over the Sky". You can also hear his heel remix at the end of the video, which is called "Fly Over the Sky ~ Psychopathy"

He had a brief obsession with Kzy, but went on US excursion after that. So I think a part 5 would be about how he's been torturing Kikuta, but that story isn't complete yet.
