Good showcase. But has few misleading advices. 1. Plasma seeking is OP on shotguns, it gives sick range and accuracy (equals damage), as long as you see the hitbox, you can spam. Good for low PCs cuz you don't need to aim. Best shotguns are Piranha for most DPS and Disciple for most BURST dmg (good if you are squishy or spam powers and dont have time to shoot alot) 2. Vintage heat sink decreases clip size on all weapons, and its not a bug, passive combat skills may fix this a bit. But still must have on some builds and weapons. I still can make 7 shots with Piranha heat sink and 3 shots with Disciple. With my power spam playstyle its more than enough. ALSO A HUGE BONUS of a heatsink is that reload does not require animation, it can reload even if you spam dodge and jump around, VERY good vs Fiends etc. 3. Electric conduit has range issues. Heard its good on remnant beam weapons if speaking of range. You will get rekt on insanity walking around like that. Also it does more damage to shields and sinthetics, but lower damage to armor and health(need to test and clarify). 4. Beam emitter does double dmg to armor and half dmg to shield/health (needs testing too)

I have used Beam Emiter at Assault Rifle and work just so good. I have tried for Sniper also and trying do headshot only, but it's not so effective

i use beam emitter and use a lot of consumables for tech combo(energy drain, incinerate, lance or overload)

How do you "charge" your weapon with the Plasma Charge System? I tried holding down the fire button but it's not working.

it was the fucking beam fucking thing that made my black widow useless as fuck. i was like what the fuck is going on but now i know. thought it'd create a penetrating beam of pure devastation, but I could probably throw rocks for better dmg. yall deserve a like lol.

I don't think the plasma seeking con is accurate. You most certainly get weak point damage. I've gotten critical hits all the time with that equipped. I've been running the X5 from mid to end game and headshots are counted I believe. You also get the added benefit of being able to shoot behind cover which is extremely useful if you have a bit of altitude. You just need to be able to lead your targets, which if you're good with your weapon, should be no problem.

How well do the fire rate type augmentations work? Like the burst fire, automatic, and semi-automatic ones. Burst fire Black Widow seems like it would be interesting and not to mention the discount Harrier for the Mattock with automatic.

A lot of wrong "Best compatibility" here ie; seeking plasma on Assault/SMG you gain nothing but some aim assist where as on a shot gun, it also greatly increases damage and range. Beam emitter works on dps, so why put it on a low damage weapon like an smg (pistol class in thisi game) when on an auto sniper it melts shields like nothing else.. Just some things I noticed at first glance, perhaps I'm missing something...

PSA: Be careful about experimenting with Augmentations. I ran into a bug where now whenever I research new Augmentations, even on brand new playthroughs, I do not receive a copy of the Augmentation in my Inventory and instead must wait until I find it as loot. The bug seems to be triggered by repeatedly reloading previous saves after researching an Augmentation. As an example: I made a save, then researched the Bio-Converter Augmentation. I used that Bio-Converter to craft a gun, tested the gun, didn't like it, and so I reloaded the save to conserve research points and materials. Upon reloading the save, I discovered that researching the Bio-Converter Augmentation no longer grants it to my Inventory. Even in consequent playthroughs where I did NOT choose New Game+, researching the Bio-Converter Augmentation does not put one in my inventory. Experiment at your own risk.

Try these: The seeking plasma aug is incredible on the Falcon. So long as the "box" is present around your enemy, the grenades will hit. Electrical conduits on any kind of remnant beam weapon(PAW or Shadow) is fantastic and removes the range limitation. Ricochet aug is great on any shotgun with pellet spread. Any time you use a shotgun with pellets, not all pellets hit. The ricochet aug changes that, at least in corridors and other tight spaces. Works really well if enemy is standing in front of a wall.

black widow + plasma charge+seeking = homing sniper rocket launcher shotgun. kills anything short range in 2 shots. can instagib anything far away with 1 charged shot. has huge splash dmg even firing uncharged. I literally cleaned out voeld and the swarms of kett there with it and no other weapon... (vanguaed, biotic charge, singularity, backlash) cryo gauntlet.

That's it? What happened to incendiary ammo? What happened to cryo ammo? How am I supposed to take out the armor if I don't have my ammo powers as a soldier? I have a stringent play-style in the Mass Effect series.
