One of my fave techniques and love receiving it too! Thank you for explaining it in detail :) Also would love to know if you have any vids regarding body reading/postural & movement assessments? Love the way you approach everyone within your work.

I talk about that here (and why it's not really something I do much of unless it relates to a specific client concern): kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pLWmm811ndqYemw.html

Is this Swedish or deep tissue? Where does it fall
@MassageSloth9 ай бұрын
I think it's a good example of how there's no real distinction. Swedish can be deep, and deep can be flowy. So: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Use your elbows, or end up like me I can barely carry buckets in my hands, or hang on to the steering wheel
@MassageSloth11 ай бұрын
To me, this sounds like your squeezers (your hand/wrist flexors) are getting too much work. I think you might still be able to use your hands, but mostly when it's your body weight doing the work: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/eq15nqyGxJemnqc.html If you'd ever like to talk about strategies for giving your hands some relief, feel free to message me on IG or FB or email or wherever. You might also benefit from some sessions with a physical therapist or occupational therapist. Best of luck!
