PARK HOUSE! I used to volunteer there at Engine 5. At that time they only rolled the house sirens at inspection. They recently started a noontime Saturday test. I remember in elementary school hearing that siren go off all the time. And the old Mack Ranger 633 running to calls.

This is one of the coolest sounding sirens I’ve ever heard almost like what you would hear at the end of the world.

Sometimes I think that chimneys for buildings are sirens :/

Also i had discovered that it can actually rotate but unfortunately due to the lightning keep hitting it the rotator got damaged and unfortunately can't rotate so they had to change the housing vertically so it doesn't look like that it used to be a little different there used to be a lot of them when they were first built but some of them are got decommissioned the three of them are still remaining left gender unknown if those three things get decommissioned then all of them would go to Extinction

Did anyone hear about Nassau Couny's countywide fire department horn blowing to honor and mourn the loss of the 13 children and 2 adults killed in the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde Texas? This , I think is at the request of Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman. I'm just not sure of the specific day and time. Anyone know?

Single Phase siren.... I don't like all HOR sirens.... Only the one that Roslyn Rescue has on Willis Avenue. That one sounds better than a Federal.. I believe Roslyns is a 5 HP. Single rotor
