English made Scots men wear dresses by law to humiliate them but the Scots men took a liking to wearing dresses that's why Scotland has the biggest TV AND TS COMUNITY IN EUROPE

Och, tell the truth, Scots wore the plaid because troosers were too tight and Scots were a wee bit generous down there, so now we wear the KILT:-))
