I grew up just north of Philly and the real bread for Hoagies and Cheese steaks was baked in Philly at Amoroso's. I laugh when everyone is a "Philly expert" when they aren't.

Great Job Joey. I really enjoyed this video. She needs a new contest because nobody is going to beat you, especially a mere mortal from Indianapolis. I find the previous record holder's time for the Hoagie hard to believe because I didn't see it - but your time to completion is totally authentic, validated, and audited. Great Job and I love how easy you made it look.

At Smoak in Rochester, MN there’s a burger consisting of: 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 burger patties, pepperjack and American cheese, bacon, bbq pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar sausage, fried chicken breast, 2 bacon wrapped jalapeños, cheese curds and fried pastrami serves with fries and a bottle of soda. Challenge is to eat it in 30 minutes. As far as I know, the record is 11 minutes. I’d like to see how fast Joey could do it.

Wow it’s like watching a machine go at it. No wasted movements just total concentration on getting the food consumed as fast as possible. I eat more than anybody I know but I’m not even close in pace or quantity compared to what you can do. Those hoagies looked excellent.
