Massive Banh Mi Sandwich Challenge w/ Pho Wings and Bulgogi Fries!!

Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Banh Mi Boys' Massive "Big Boy" Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich Challenge w/ Pho Wings and loaded Beef Bulgogi Fries at Banh Bi Boys in Metairie, Louisiana!! After attempting the "meaty" SmokeHouse BBQ Pitmaster Challenge at Pyre Provisions in Covington, Louisiana, I traveled south down to Metairie, Louisiana which is just outside of New Orleans, LA. I was the first person to attempt and help kick off the new "Big Boy" Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwich Challenge at Banh Mi Boys which also included some delicious dry-rubbed Pho Wings and loaded Beef Bulgogi Fries. I had 1 hour to finish four over-stuffed Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, each filled with 1.5x the normal sized portion of flavorful meat - grilled lemongrass pork, beef brisket, grilled steak & egg, and then grilled shrimp which had an extra flavorful sauce on it. The challenge included 10 dry-rubbed Pho Chicken Wings plus a mega-sized order of loaded Beef Bulgogi Fries. I was trying to win my $100 Vietnamese food meal free and the first spot on Banh Mi Boys' Wall of Fame. Thanks to Peter and everyone with Banh Mi Boys for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everybody who came to watch and meet me that October evening!! Banh Mi Boys' "Big Boy" Massive Banh Mi Sandwich Challenge in Metairie, Louisiana ($100):
- Banh Mi Boys has been serving up delicious Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and other foods in the Metairie, Louisiana for many years now. They offer delicious Vietnamese po-boy sandwiches as well!!
- You must finish 4 of their banh mi sandwiches, and each has 1.5x the meat of a normal sandwich.
- The four sandwiches are grilled lemongrass pork, beef brisket, steak & eggs, and grilled shrimp.
- For an appetizer, the challenge includes 10 dry-rubbed pho wings which are a delicious must try!!
- There is also a massive portion of loaded Beef Bulgogi Fries which are totally amazing as well!!
- There is a 1 hour time limit to finish everything. Winners get the $100 meal free and Wall of Fame!!

@Chibi Wand I’ve explained why numerous times. I have also explained is that if he just answers the question once I’ll stop asking. Wake up. Open your eyes. I detailed my motive clearly in his last video. He shouldn’t even have to think twice, not condemning the violence and murder that someone wearing his merch committed against our government and police is in turn an endorsement. Does he condemn it or not? We all know he’s a right winger but is he a rational Republican or a MAGA cultist? There’s a difference. Some of the violent traitorous murderers who stormed the Capitol wore Randy merch. Does he endorse their actions or not?

Randy, first of all I just wanted to tell you that you have been a great inspiration for me. I have been watching you for the past 4 years! No matter what challenges comes your way, be it and win or a lose, you always have an upbeat attitude towards life. I have been going through a very difficult time in my life and watching your videos and your friendly demeanor toward everything makes me push myself to move forward everyday. Keep it up cause I know I’m not the only one your videos have touched. Btw I was there during this challenge and was so heart broken when you lost, I almost cried lol. But you took it like a champ! I just posted this on his fried Katsu challenge. He is overstuffing himself with enough time left on the clock. Taking that extra bite at 11:23 is what put him Over. Same thing in the katsu video he did it. I understand overstuffing works for certain people with certain foods but sometimes it leads to losses

Theres a long way from this small outlet that i live in, in the middle of nowhere in DK/EU, to the great other side of the world, also, due health issues cant travel that far. I can dream though and will try to replicate it one day in the near future, aka TRY to make it, myself because that there, REALLY looks great. The question is, is it french baguettes or soft rolls theres used for the "sandwiches"?

It really makes me question how "do-able" certain challenges are when even Randy starts to have issues with them. It's a very fine line between "challenging" and "impossible" and that balance is hard to strike.

When you almost choked is probably what did you in. Once your stomach starts acting up from something like that it is hard to settle it in a normal meal. Much less speed eating.

I think I eat a lot but watching Randy always gives me heartburn. I don't know how he does it. There's got to be an easier way to make a living. He is amazing in his own right, though. Really awesome.

A bahn mi is cheap food. Normally $4.50 up to like $6 or 7. Even at 1.5x the meat, its still too expensive.
