merry christmas and thanks for the tour. i like the blackjack 155 . also i noticed you still have the emyerco dirk pinkerton persian. i still bite myself in the ass for not getting it while it was still available. and i still love my low priced benchmark backpacker. great sheath provided with the knife!

Awesome collection! :) I was wondering what you think of Hanwei Praying Mantis Katana? Hanwei and Paul Chen are the same right? I mean I know that they are created in China and all, but what isn't now a days, and the quality seems extremely good and very well done! Also all the materials are the same as the japanese ones of high quality and it is traditionally/hand forged as well.

That's an enviable collection, easy to see you are affectionate about blades. I have a few myself, favourite is a hand made full tang 6" blade survival knife. 3/8 flat grind A2 tool steel from a local bladesmith. She's a beaut. Although I'm sure you have 10's of thousands sitting there. cheers

I like your katanas. I’ve got a Gen 1 katana from sabersmith I bought at a Renn fest in SE. Florida about 20 years ago . I think it’s O1 tool steel. 10 mils. Thick. It’s my woods survival sword! Seriously! Felling, chopping, batoning! I had to grind down the curved star shaped guard to a circle though. It was too much.
