I have hard water so it’s easy to get rings in the toilet from hard water. I sprayed some CLR in all the toilets. Let it sit in there for about 1/2 hour and cleaned them with the toilet brush and they were all gone so I didn’t have to use a pumice stone. I was using the Lysol bleach discs but thought over time the bleach would eat away at the toilet tank parts 🌸 Wood frames can be added by doing a neat wood frame around your bathroom mirror 🌸I love how the living room came together and the new changes you did in a couple videos ago. 🌸 I cleaned my kitchen while watching your video 🌸 Great job Lauren on all you got done! 🌸

well, i just got done making a pasta meal with tomato gravy bell peppers and pickled beats. i put them in jars and packed them in the fridge. nevermade that before. its pretty good. its like cassarole in a jar 🍝

I luv the white hutch i think its such a pretty piece that you can definitely work into your design of wanting to add some glam just changing the hardware can change a piece dramatically add some florals on the table and a large scalloped rug would be gorgeous my style has changed alot and i always thought i needed to get new piece's but thats not always attainable instead now ive painted everything added new hardware and its now got a whole new life 🥰

Hey! You might consider getting rid of the fireplace in your bedroom and getting a dresser. That would be extra storage to clear out your closet more.

Hey Lauren, love your videos! When I had a small closet like that and shared with my husband, I would take my winter clothes out in the summer and put them in under the bed storage and then when it was time to put those up, I would take my summer clothes out. I know that sounds like a lot of work, but it was so much better than having such a cluttered closet just a thought.❤

Thank you so much for today's cleaning motivation 💪 I loved that you've filmed at normal speed while emptying all the trash around the house, it's always one of the most satisfying quicj chores to feel the house clean and fresh, even more that you have nice pink trash bags haha it makes it even better to film it 😆 I think you've did very well on the clothes declutter as well, even tho I can easely give clothes to charity, I rarely have a lot to declutter. I hope you've didn't had clothes that can't be donated to discard as those are the ones I struggle to toss and I always hope someone will film those during a clothes declutter. Same for any nicer paper clutter like magazines, clothes stores catalogues/flyers. I will often just put them in clean bag or box like for the donation, but they'll stay in my garage forever 🤭 When someone films while emptying trash cans, I'm always hoping to see one of those items in one of them to give me motivation ☺

Maybe you could get a stand alone shoe rack for the floor of the closet (to put under the hanging clothes), so your shoes aren’t sitting directly on the floor and you can use the vertical space under there. Then you can use that hanging area (where the current shoe organizer is) for a few more pieces of clothing. If there’s no bar in that space you could always get an inexpensive tension bar to hang more clothing.

My husband and I live in Minnesota and we are in the process of buying a house in one of the suburbs of Minneapolis. Right now the stress of it all is extremely overwhelming. I am looking forward to being able to put it behind us and get moved in. It is an small older home (970 square feet built in the 1950s) so there are tons of projects, updating, and cleaning that will need to be done once we get there. Hopefully at 59 and 60 years of age we are up for the tasks in our future. One of the things that resonated with me in this video was when you were cleaning in your bathroom and you talked about going to Hobby Lobby and just buying a bunch of random decor to get the space decorated initially. And now you want to make some changes, but yet you want to really be more selective on your choices. This is one thing that I told my husband was important to me. I said that I was not going to be in any hurry to just slap a fresh coat of paint on the walls and hang up a bunch of random decor. I want to take my time and be very intentional with my choices. And we also want to focus on one room or project at a time. I did decide to purchase some peel and stick wallpaper to use on one wall in the bathroom and I purchased a new vanity with countertop | sink. So I plan to start with those things first and then slowly progress from there.

Hi I personally think that shelves are spece savers instead of hanging clothes. I'm not American and our wardrobe are mostly shelves but also space for dresses and coat. The rest are getting folded which means I can fit way more clothes. Idk if you can change it but I really think you would benefit from having at least one side of shelves fir bottoms and shirts, sweaters etc. Great video!

I like to use the bottom rail to hang pants on. I put shirts and jackets on the top. I have another section for dresses which I don’t have that many. Winter coats go in another closet. I try and keep my shoes in clear shoe boxes I got from Amazon.

I have a square kitchen table and an octagon tray on it I have 3 decor pieces on the tray! Maybe try something like that for your table?!
