Thanks for this calming video. I really need this peaceful, grounding wisdom right now. Today was so challenging. My wife and I both experienced super stressful days today, in totally different and separate ways. Multiple unprovoked and unfair attacks from all different sides. One of those days that almost feels like it can break your spirit. In these moments I remember my meditation practice (listening to God), and prayer (talking to God), and deep breathing (calming my physical body). And words of affirmation- your beautiful spoken material. And the words of my guru echo in my heart: "The world of things and forms has never been a source of peace, fairness, and justice." Jesus, Buddha - all the enlightened masters taught the same thing: life ain't fair. If you want inner peace and calmness, you need to take a pause from the material world, and connect with the Divine. That which is unborn, unchanging, undying; omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient; pure, free, forever. Moment by moment, thoughts and emotions change, yet: MY SOUL IS BLISSFUL & IMMORTAL.

This was so moving . I have known for a long time that opening your heart and allowing Divine light to stream in is the answer. I am at the point where fear and doubt are fading andI I am allowing more of light and love to enter. I believe this is healing me on multiple levels.

Yes what I do with my mind and my heart everyday is most important. Some days I give into the ego but I am learning. I exercise for my body and am Vegetarian. For my mind taking college certification for IT and Cyber security. Well the spirit I am so grateful for this. For SOURCE, , Ascended Masters, Spirit guides ANGELS, AND Melanie.
