Three years I have working with this backhoe and now it happens.. main boom breaks down...

I am sorry, you found the weak link! As in all machinery I knew there would be a weak spot but I thought it would be in one of the swing cylinder mounts. I have not found any cracks in mine boom yet but the cylinder clevis did unscrew and caught it before it fell off. To the Bat Cave and weld it back together.

Yes, I found weak spot, surprised Me quite a lot but it was still quite easy to fix, I have notice very tiny cracks front on that cylinders mount... If I fix those cracks earlier it is possible that this not happen...

Ouch! I will have to check if I have any cracks at that place! I feel sorry for you but that should be pretty easy to weld. Perhaps place a thick steel plate between the two plates that connect the two boom parts and weld the plate that brake to that. That way it will be stronger than before.

I have watched this fastener fow a while... notice that front of fastener have some tiny cracks... not think that it was this bad... : ( I have to do some welding.. glad that any hydraulic parts not damaged. ..

Thin base metal . Weld will hold but base metal tears next to weld. When weld cools it shrinks causing stress. Verticle plate has sharp corners . Radius corners and use two plates on both sides. Typical fatigue crack from cyclic stress. שלום

Looks like you're going to be doing some welding. That's a bummer though. You may have to heat what's left to get it to bend back. I'd weld it solid and then plate it. Good luck.

Not anymore, warranty was only a one year and this backhoe is over three years old...

I have put in AW32 equal to 10 weight Fluid 15 liters still it seem to not want to respond some times? What weight of oil do you use?

People are fucked up it’s not cheap Metal,,It’s how it’s built they got that pivot point with two pieces of metal it’s a bad design,They got pivot point for two hydraulic pistons it should be separated mount for each piston, Too much pressure’s

This is cheap backhoe and it have own flaws but still is quite good for small diggings in My property..

Mine will pay for itself in 6 days compared to what i pay when i rent,if I can pull 100 hours out of it before any breakage it will pay for itself 100X over! Yes they are cheap but they get the job done for most part and if I do have to call in bigger equipment it will be for a very short time! I payed 900$ for 1 day rental ,full 20 hours of use and i had to pay for a faulty hose that was just waiting to break on a rental mini excavator! Take your time and dont push it above what its designed to do and it will give many years of service

DON'T BUY KELLFRI !!!!!! Their products are not real, rather toys like the real machines. I bought one and it worked just several hours and Kellfri wouldn't take responsibility for the warranty. And practically there is NOT any authority that take your complaint as serious. So it's easier to throw away the toy.
