removing VAR is not the right step. But you need a full team that only work on VAR and are accountable- but introduce the ability for a team who can call 1min stop to review the VAR choice; and then call the REF VAR and officials to review and act; if abused by the team as a delay tactic, the team can be fined 1pt plus 2 player card by the opponent team choice. That will stop teams for abusing this. As for stoppage, well 1st we introduce a time ref, so when there is delay in which time would be added on would instead the clock would be stopped and at the same time, the VAR team can instantly advise of time correction which they amend; this does not harm the game but makes the sport better, competitive and will not ruin the game. ANyone who thinks it does needs to look at the bigger picture, the sport needs to adapt or fall behind in which the Premier League will lose it position in the sport. Not just that, but if the league does not adapt to costs, and introduce something better such as a salary cap system and Collective Bargaining Agreement so that teams like City and Chelsea and Real Madrid and Barcelona, can not abuse the system. If not then sorry you will see the North American league being the league players want to go to all because of the money but how the league is run. Modern not backwards

VAR should be scrap if EPL can not find people who can operate it in an effective way. We have seen VAR use effectively recently in AFCON and Asian Championships. No favorism ,no bias. Most of the EPL officials use it to favour the teams they support, and it really makes the league less interesting. Lastly, FSG has made a lot of money from Liverpool Fc. So the only way Liverpool Fc can benefit from them buying another club is by selling Liverpool Fc to the right people. Who can take Liverpool Fc forward. On the transfer market, we are nowhere compared to other clubs. That's why we were where we are now. So, I'll be happy to see them sell Liverpool fc. I really appreciate them, but we need better owners who will make us win the title every season.

VAR should be scrapped. If the powers that be are against that it should be changed. A goal would only be disallowed if the whole of the strikers body was in front of the defender. This would favour the striker and goals - aren't goals what the game is all about?
