Second house (castle- like entry) kitchen is so small and looks outdated and drop station is way too small for a huge house. So weird. The first thing I look at in a house is the Kitchen and how it flows towards the living room space.

Property taxes on these home are crazy high. $50,000.00 a year for a home around $750,000. Ins costs $15,000. a year easily. Utilities to cool these 30 foot ceilings in summer months of Houston 1009F heat over $2,000. Per month.

Apart from the barndoors and the shape/color of that island, i like everything about this. They kept it simple. The curves on the entryways, the simple wainscotting, the lack of "russian oligarch" fake marble in the bathrooms. Whoever did this actually knew what they were doing.

All of these homes are fantastic, but you need to show models that are ADA compliant. Also, on multi-level homes a, wheelchair compliant elevator.

I worked in real estate marketing and 100% of the marketing managers that I met in real estate AREN'T licensed realtors. It even says in the description that he's the VP of marketing and not a licensed realtor

@@Blakpepa There's a very fine line that he's walking. Basically, he is showing properties. Giving out info on prices, sq footage etc. Also much of the information that's being promoted is so misleading. While forgetting to mention the sky high property taxes, and high utility rates here in Texas. Claiming it's just a hop skip and a jump Houston, which is a nightmare traffic jam any way you look at it. These homes aren't flying off the shelf either. Interest rates have put a big damper on new home sales.
