Tawanchai is a superior Kickboxer to superbon. Tawanchai has sharper striking with hands and kicks. Superbon is a master of kicks but relies on it to make up for his poor boxing. Tawanchai beats superbon in KB rules. Neither will beat Chingiz in KB.

I'm so used to seeing Thai fighters coast that first round and then go buck wild in round 2, I was not at all worried after that first round, but Superbon never seemed to be able to reverse the momentum. If you're going to fight the champ and take the belt, that's how it should look. Congrats to Allazov for an absolutely beastly performance!

thai fighters are not used to aggressive boxing this is a very different style from traditional thai kickboxing

Superbon does have the chin and toughness of Buakaw to reverse the momentum, if it was Buakaw in his prime, he would have pulverized Chingiz in the later rounds with knee, tip and kick

Allazov is really good. He's fast, he's always on the move, he takes angles, covers distance very well and all his attacks have a very sharp pop to them. And he maintains that throughout the fight, he's not a lazy fighter.

Well, I know it hurts to expect Superbon was gonna reign for a long time, but this just shows how competitive is nowadays ONE. Blick and you're dead, don't study your oponent: drop dead. A new breed of warriors. Bravo to Chingiz, and lastly: there's something missing in some thais, muay thai has to evolve. If I think in Saenchai or Samart, they just opened the door and lernt western boxing, defensive strategie, anything goes. Sure they're hard as nails, but humans as well. They need to change. For me Tawanchai is the next legend, but still, even being a phenom is not enough. Exciting panorama.

I wouldnt say muay thai needs to evolve since its a watered down "safer" version of Muay boran. Im sure theres alot of high risk high reward techniques from muay boran that can be used.

After this 2 knock downs he was so concuss that his corner should have not let him go and throw the towel into the ring. It doesn't happen enough, cause here no reason to stop the fight by the referee (arguable by the way on the second Superbon look like he is not here anymore), but his corner should protect the fighter too when he is too concuss to really think about it.

Honestly from the looks of that first knockdown, this fight should have been a TKO. Superbon didn't willingly raise his gloves and was already out of the fight. You could tell from the look in his eyes that he didn't have the fight in him anymore.

A few things to note from this fight. Allazov looked way faster than usual, and he looked leaner than usual. I'm not trying to imply he was doing PEDs. But he could have been. Not sure how ONE handles PEDs but a lot of their fighters look enormously jacked. Another point, superbon is 32 here, and he's only getting older. For a fighter, age matters a lot. Third point, superbon looked a little off that night. Slower than usual

Fight took place in the morning. Superbon said that he was a little sleepy for this fight. As for PEDs it's obvious that Chingiz Allazov is one of the biggest PEDs user in all of Kickboxing.

@@RustieFawnno but there are peds like EPO that make you not tire out nearly as fast as you should. run 3 miles and then lets put some gloves on and spar. Bet your reaction time is cut by at least 10 or 15% just because of fatigue. These are the type of factors PEDs rule out and thats why they are so egregiously unfair.
