My go to sushi roll is salmon with jalapeño and cream cheese! It’s called the AZ roll you can find it at Blue Buddha in Page, AZ. I highly recommend the stop if you and Tiffy go on a road trip. And Lake Powell and the surrounding area is stunning. The family and I lived there for 14 years.💙

My fave is the kanki roll it’s incredible because it’s wrapped in fresh salmon w a slice of Serrano peppers it’s incredible and it has a slice of Serrano pepper on top it also has fried shrimp avocado and cream cheese you will love it !!!
