Martin Fitzwater threw out some confusion when he blurted out that damn near sacrilegious comment of "I dont really do shoulder presses."

Martin, Keone and Olivia are the future of the sport being 25 years old and younger. Martin lead this workout and being so young to turn pro it is no surprise he has a very method to the madness way of training.
They lead off with rear belts to establish the connection and add on a very interesting "intensifier" at the end before going into laterals.
