G'day friends,
On today's adventure, I came face to face with a beast of a lawn. I could barely walk through it, and it was only a matter of time before my client couldn't leave the house!
This one went smoothly, and was a fun and satisfying cut. I was chuffed watching the footage afterwards, as it all came together so well :)

WOWZER!!! What a fantastic result! How beautifully did that turn out! You never fail to deliver quality content, Sean. Don't worry about how you didn't enjoy cutting the grass at the abandoned property. That's not your calling. You have an actual calling here, Sean. Helping your fellow humans in this manner is every bit of a ministry. Let other youtubers cut the abandoned properties, you're obeying God's directive to help the poor, the elderly and the disabled. We are supposed to take care of each other and this is your way of doing that. It's good, it's honorable. To say nothing about entertaining for us folks out here who are lucky enuf to get to watch you at work. Keep up the good work!

Just wondering what you are using to trim the sidewalk, a weed wacker? I bought a trimmer years ago that didn't look like that. I got rid of it because it was too noisy. I have carpet grass and my weed wacker doesn't do that good a job on trimming or edging. I usually use my shovel. It's hard work. I'm new at using the weed wacker.

I like to see jobs for residents instead of vacant or abandoned homes. On those it seems like you're helping out a landlord or owner who won't spring for having the work done. I know the residents you help out are so appreciative. Great job on that edging.

This is an ongoing issue all over the woeful. Neighbors rarely help neighbors anymore. Instead,they call the city to complain. And it’s usually do to an elderly or disabled person.

You know, my thoughts too. You see their they buy fuel by the litter, not the galon...I often wondered if it's the expense. But I honestly think it's: THEY DONT GIVE A RIP about one another....but are the first to call council and set a complaint against their neighbors.... this is our societies down fall - compassion for one another

There are still good neighbors out there. When we get blizzards one of our 3 retired-age neighbors with the big snowblowers will give us "kids" a hand and blow out where we park our cars when we are at work because they see us out there with our dinky shovels. They don't do it all the time but it is so helpful to get a good start.

Sadly that Australian neighbourly community is dieing. Where I grew up I knew everyone within 20 odd houses and you checked in on people. Now most people wouldn't even know who lives next door. I'm lucky to have mainly retired neighbours these days always up for a chat and looking out for each other still

I Remember when you first started mowing lawns look at you now. Riding lawn mover and a truck and a trailer to carry your equipment. God has blessed you !! You do such great work too. Your a blessing for all those you help!!!

I so appreciate the time you take to stop and pull out flowering weeds & plants and to remove all the grass/weeds from the lines in the sidewalks. Also your very clean edging! So time consuming, but so gorgeous when its done! Others who do videos do not do this. If they just use their tools to chop down weedy plants along the curbs and sidewalks, all they do is grow back because the roots are left intact. And leaving some grass or weeds in sidewalk cracks and lines is just ugly and looks unfinished like they missed a bunch of spots. You are such a good, efficient and caring guy who does whatever it takes to make their yards look wonderful. Thank you, Sean, for what you do.

It saddens me that no one seems to believe in help thy neighbor anymore, especially our elderly. No concern for that older neighbor who's lawn has become so overgrown and not one person sees the need to request a wellness check like they do here in the states. Thanks to hard working and caring people like you they get the help that is very much needed! Sean, I love that you treat all your clients’ yards as meticulously as your own! I was a little surprised that on that patch of deteriorated sidewalk, you didn’t dig it up, run somewhere and get concrete and patch the sidewalk!😂 That is how much you care! I never run my mower without checking the yard first. Never know what hiding such as debris or animals, especially with tall grass. I would be afraid to damage my mower. I'm always picking up small branches or paper trash. Nice work that you do.

Another amazing job, Sean! Even the "boo boo" in the sidewalk blends in with the rest of it! It's nice to see "green grass". Ours is turning green again! It's confused since it was fairly cold here & has warmed up again just like ALL of our Fall (& also Spring) weather has been my entire 70 years! You might need a warm coat one day & shorts & short sleeves the next. 🤗&😘from SE Tennessee, USA! 😊🌱🌳🌴🌿🍀

Awesome job as always Sean. In some cities in Canada if a property become too overgrown (there are height regulations) the city will come in and mow the property and charge the owner. So fantastic what you do. I have two and a half acres of grass to cut.....only in the summer of course. 😉Like you, I get so much satisfaction how it looks when I'm done.

Wow, talk about a transformation !! This was incredible. Such a nice piece of property, hidden behind all that overgrowth. That concrete could use a good power washing. I can't imagine the backyard, but anyway, you really, really did a knockout job on this property, like you always do. Can't wait to see the back done. The homeowner was probably in shock looking out the window to that great reveal !!! Also glad you didn't have to tackle this job with a push mower, that would have been a job and a half. Thank you for helping this homeowner. I'm sure it was greatly appreciated.

If anyone had told me a year ago that I’d take such pleasure out of watching a man cut grass, I would have called them an idiot. Yet here I am, lying in bed on a Monday night (Tuesday morning to be more accurate) at 1:48, thoroughly absorbed in watching the transformation of this property. I have a special fondness for watching the edging and the uncovering of long forgotten paths and stonework. You do a sterling job for these people who may have fallen on hard times and just need someone to give them a lift of the spirits and someone to say they care. Great job as usual Sean!

Your new toy is certainly making life a bit easier for you Sean and less taxing on the body. As always, a beautiful job. Who knew there were paths under all that grass. I have a backyard that hasn’t been mowed or weeded in 10 months (after being let down by a friend) and I am now in the process of getting quotes after someone reported me to the council. It is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get this job done now, a cost that is justified but could have been avoided. It is easy to judge people by what they see but there is usually a reason. Thank you for being the kind, sincere, person that you are. Looking forward to part 2. 😘💕🇦🇺

What a beautiful job you did on this lawn and for this person. Now they have their lawn back and maybe a good part of their lives, too. What a blessing to them and you and to your viewers as well to be inspired to do the same.
