Not only peas will cook but also small pieces of Patatos/meat will cook in hot oil at low heat-this is the original and the authentic Punjabi style. Add some oil in raw veg/non-veg along with paneer/manuka/kaju mixer before adding masalas but never add onion/garlic/ginger/mint/correinder because these are added in Chatnees, there are three components of Samosas: maida, fillings and Chatnees each one has different masalas like maida layer usually have ajwain, jeera, black salt and kali mirch; fillings have green chillies, red chillies, dhania powder, mango powder, anardana, salt etc but no haldi anywhere and there are so many different veg/non-veg fillings. And yes Microsoft ex-ceo Bill Gates loves such Samosas. The secret of adding some oil in fillings is that it helps in forming masala layer on raw veg/non-veg and secondly temperature inside the samosas increase several times while cooking which ultimately cooks the raw fillings.

Here we use only potatoes, garam masla,salt ,cashews,raisins,mango powder ,...no onion , garlic or ginger ...I am from Agra ..sometime paneer but rest of the ingredients remain same ...even they make white makhan ka samosa ...with mishri , khoeya, in side ...its sweet ...it’s melt in your mouth ..

नमस्कार. किती व्यवस्थित मोज माप आणि अनेक टिप्स सुचवले.तेलात उपयोगी हे फ्राय "म्हणून पूड आणी त्याचा वापर च कारण, पहिल्यांदा ऐकलं . कणकेत काय किती घालाव हे ऐकीव ,वर वर माहित होत.पण आज सोप्या पद्धतीने समझवले.सारण काय आहे न की सगळी कडे वेग वेगळी चवीनुसार खल्ल जात .म्हणून अपल्या आवडीची भाजी,ड्राय फ्रूट , मसाले घालून हेल्दी बनवू शकतो. पूरवी अम्ही खूप प्रयत्न केले पण वर च पापुद्र काही जमलं नाही.फुटले ते वेगळे म्हणून आतून ही फार तेलकट झाले,तेल ही गढूळ खराब झाल..अता पुन्हा करून पाहून सांगू कसे काय जमले . तुम्ही आमचे खरे पूज्य गुरू आहे. बरच काही टीव्ही वर तुमचा शी कठिण पदार्थ सोप्या पद्धतीने शिकले.तेव्हां ते अमाला जमले .म्हणून गुरु पोर्णिमा निमित्त तुम्हाला शि. सा.नमस्कार करतो.तुम्ही नेहमी अशेच खूप खूष रहा.हसत हसत मजा करत स्वादिष्ट जेवण शिकवा.तुम्हा सोबत तुमचा सर्व कुटुंबातील व्यक्तीं नाही खूप शुभेच्छा आणि अभिनंदन. श्री गुरु देव , देवी सरस्वती आणी अन्नपूर्णा माता तुम्हाला शहर गांव खेडेपाडे,सर्वत्र लोकशिक्षणाची आणि सर्वान्च प्रबोधन करण्यास खूप सामर्थ्य देण्याची कृपा करे.ही मनापासून श्री चरणी प्रार्थना.
