He asked for a ‘grade 0 along the bottom’ and ‘low fade’, not a skin fade. Plus who calls it a ‘foil fade’?! Foils are simply there to save time when skin fading as they take it to the skin without the use of a straight razor. A skin fade is almost always done with foils.

Easy to be critical without the client infront of you to see how their hair would respond but it does look like it needs another intermediate transition from the first layer and again where it connects into the top.

The English Fades are much different than American fades, it appears. More weight and less tapering it seems, not bad just different.

They call him “Master Barber” so that people like myself will click and scroll through comments. Mahesh biggest problem is he talks way too much and loses focus on the haircut, I think he is more concerned about he looks and sounds on camera than the actual haircut itself. I agree with you he is average at best on a good day after watching a lot of his videos, I would never let him cut my hair.

Looking everything in perspective: average in fades but Mahesh is a pro with the scissors and razor on top. Other barbers in youtube are great making fades and not so well with scissors. I enjoy watching his barber videos
