Chief is getting old by human standards.... But, he’s basically what the Ancient humans were before the forerunners devolved humanity as punishment. Spartan 2’s are what ancient humanity once was. They had long lifespans. Around 1000 years. I’m not saying chief will live for 1000 years.... But, Halsey was right.... Her Spartans 2’s are humanities next evolutionary step. But, he’s far from done. What’s interesting is. Humanity in the Halo Universe was punish and stripped on all tier 1 tech. Turned into cave dwellers and hunter gathers.... The Forerunners left nothing behind to give humanity a jumpstart like the main covenant races. Humanity had to fight and claw back to a respectable level of tech (tier 2). (Thank the Librarian.) Humanity isn’t what it once was.... But they are on track to being a tier 1 race again. (Halo lore is amazingly interesting!!!)

So I don't know why john is old because the idea of cryo sleep is that you age really slow so in halo ce he's like 20 halo 2 he's like 25 then in halo 3 he's 32 thin into cryo sleep right sooo he is at most 35 halo 5 38 why did they show him to be like 50
