Not only did the first DOOM game come out in 1993 and the first halo game come out in 2001, but in canon DOOMSLAYER and is over a billion years old, killed the creator of the universe, angels and countless god tier demons like the icon of sin and also killed titans with his bear hands. Doom slayer would absolutely destroy master chief and I’ve played both of these games and franchises to death and loved them.

Doom Slayer has access to more efficient weaponry, and is way more physically stronger than Chief. Slayer is a demi-god and has killed litteral gods. Chief kills big gas triangles and rip-off predators all day long. Slayer would just cut Chief in half with the Crucible. In fact, he could probably rip Chief in half with his bear hands. Slayer constantly takes fire from demons triple his size and what does he do? Kills them in the most brutal ways possible. Slayer wins negative diff.
