It typically begins 'on the scalp' before moving 'down the spine' to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading 'to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases', most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.

Peter Strangar Trust me, just go with the modern ways hahahaha. As good as it is for "ASMR" these techniques could be mimicked by kids and they not healthy for the body. I saw one video where he attempted to crack the elbow by bending it backwards... Or even the time he did a bicep massage by TWISTING the muscle mass around the arm (instead of just pressing on it to release tension). Hes just winging it, in the end.

오대수 Under the scalp. Cracks are from air inside us, not bones. It isnt hard to force the air to some areas so you can "crack" Hair or skin

Unique79 as an American I proudly & sadly say I wish I was based in London! I'm a Brit soul trapped in an American body! I LOVE the UK & the people so much! it's truly the only place I actually felt like I belong, fit in & really home. It saddens me I can't live there.

Hey Magestic, I am sorry to know that and your love towards the UK is absolutely appreciated. I visited America seven years ago and I had the best time of my life. You guys over there are so phenomenal. I understand exactly where you are coming from, despite our excellent relationship, both sides of the pond still have the visa issues to deal with. But then again, many people have worked around it, which means there is hope for you.

Unique79 want to trade citizenships? LOL! The UK is truly the ONLY place I've ever felt like I fit in & belonged, like I was truly at home. I did one of those Ancestry DNA test, turns out I'm 63% British, 32% Eastern European, 3% Spain & 2% African (I know which part of me that is too 😎). Seriously though I read that a natural born British person, with natural British born parents, grandparents & great grandparents on average has DNA that is 68% British. So myself being natural born US, parents, grandparents, great grandparents the same & I'm only 5% less. Too bad I can't use that to prove lineage for immigration.
