Shotguns have not been nerfed and not really viable unless using the KV broadside (this could also change in the season 2 reloaded update)

Yep, tried your previous video shotgun build in Al M and just didn't feel as powerful as what your video showed. AI spawning and hording seems a lot worse in Al M, too.

Did the same. Not anywhere near as good. I've only been playing ashika bc of it but it won't take long to get nerfed bc I've been downed as easily by pvp with it as well

idk, i tried it in al mazra and it worked perfectly, like i think when i discovered the shotgun buff it was because i picked up a lockwood off a bot in al mazra i just aimed and popped a bot from like 15 meters and was like "YOOOOOO" because its a LOT better than the alternative with an expedite on season 1 up close to a bot and just hitting them with "THOOM THOOM THOOM THOOM THOOM" and getting popped because the bot was just like "what are these, marshmellows?" and beats your ass or just pops you instantly with his gun

This is all well and good, but whenever I drop in Ashika, esp as a solo, I immediately run into sweaty teams. Like, never fails.

I quite love soloing on Ashika Island, hunting people is easy and you can quickly get around people by using tunnel if you'd like. Im often the last player just looting everything, and of course always getting the weapons case, after throwing a killstreak on the wheelson its smooth sailing

Season 1: Make sure you take a sniper and an AR or LMG and stay in cover and shoot the AI from as far away as possible until you clear them out then enter strongholds. Season 2: AI just keeps coming, no used trying to clear them out. Grab a shotgun and immediate run into the stronghold to get away from the AI outside of the stronghold. Oh how things have changed.

You could also just farm guns and drop them into the dead drop to reduce the CD on insured slots. With the amount of AI near that dead drop you used, you can probably be done in a couple of minutes.

You make it look easy. Also a tip for those not as good as you. It seems dmz is the only mode where suppressors make a difference. Makes a noticeable difference when it comes to swarming AI and them not getting as aggro'd.

Hi mate, did you know that if you put your insured weapon in slot 2 (secondary slot) and leave slot 1 empty, then load out as normal with tactical ,ammo box etc that if you die in game you will not have the cool down timer and can use your insured weapon again straight away. Great for solo players. Hope this helps

It's buggy I've been doing this and u do lose your weapon after a while but I died 4 times max and got it back every time testing it. After 4 times it seems u lose it

@@addictivegaming7484 I'm on PS5 and i never lose my insured weapon. Another tip is start the game as normal - insured weapon in slot 2 and nothing in slot 1. Drop your insured weapon then pick it up, then go straight to exfil. You will still have your insured weapon and you will also have a copy of your insured weapon in your contraband stash. Rinse and repeat this method to fill out your contraband stash with top tier weapons. Hope this helps and good luck out there.

I was in a fire team in this match. We saw the helicopter at the distance and thought it was giving an enemy team some trouble. We went to the stronghold and found tons of dead bodies and one shield guy left. We did grab the bag and gave a medium bag for the rest of the team, as well as three plates. We got ambushed by enemy players and lost it all on the roof.

I have atleast 3 or 4 stronghold keycards all the time, and use insured on secondary. This map is good for regaining but I feel like they buffed the a.i. today. But yes, gotta keep moving.

Yeah movement and cover, treat them like actually players as bots seem to base their behaviour on last seen position, so moving about as much as possible to break sight keeps them from insta shooting you

The gun balance is excellent in this game. It is the first thing I noticed after buying the game at the end of season2. MUCH better than WZ1. It feels very similar to Cold War which also had great balance.

As a not very good player I dropped in with your Bryson 800 build and even I made a lot of shots and it did make it a bit easier to reduce the bot without a long extended gun fight. Thank you for making a difference.

Use the dril charge for the riot shield. Most users are oblivious to the fact that it works on said "weapon".

Do you need to turn off auto sprint/tactical sprint for this to work? When you hipfire while sprinting there's a second delay when firing

Personally I love ashika for regain, bots drop like 2k per kill and the strongholds are easy as pie. The real issue in DMZ is bots having the god aim with nades and aimboting claymores and mines. I've had bots push into a building and beam multiple traps at once

You're lucky cause by the time I try to get anywhere I'm already being hunted by 3 different teams my lobbies are always filled with trolls just out to player hunt which has kept me from quite a few mission progress

That's probably the most accurate weapon in the game. Your standard 00 buckshot is equal to 9 - 9mm rounds all fired at once. Primary reason why they are so great for home protection since anyone can hit the target.

I don't know if it is in the editing process but some of the speed is speed up in places . You can see it in the ui announcements but it isn't present at all times.

How are you running that fast? I really enjoyed using shotguns as a complete noob but I don’t know how to use it well so it’s good and bad given the range limitation and time between shots. The way you use cover is next level mixed with your speed.

I am done using prox mines. Yesterday I saw an enemy in a vehicle. i tossed down two prox mines as i ran away, fired a couple shots to set my trap. The vehicle ran my ass over, prox mines didnt do anything at all lol. claymores it is from here on out. what a shame.

I find it really hard to determine, if someone is a player or an NPC before I can take a closer look, so I often die to players I mistake for NPCs. Got any tips on determining if someone is an NPC or player, especially if you don't see the character model yet?

Most bots move in straight lines, or run to cover and peak over. Players do none predictable movement, something you will pick up on more as you play. Learning things like the spawns also helps with knowing who players are too

Learn the AI models vs player models. AQ has like 4-5 basic grunts, a sniper, the Armored camo ones, riot shields, and Tier 3 Armored ones, an a MP skin Juggernaut. Shadow Company has 3-4 basic grunts, riot shield tier 1, tier 1 shadows, tier 3 Armored ones, and a SC Juggernaut

Also pay attention to the movement. You can use a Recon Drone to better see what I mean. AI will usually stick to one area or move at a steady speed, often taking cover if they engage. Players are usually clumps of 3-6, bit more spaced out, and constantly and erratically moving around.

After you use your ammunition box if you go to the empty slot where it was you hit drop on the empty slot it will spawn another ammunition box. YOUR WELCOME. FOR THIS HIDDEN GEM. HELPS

I do this for missions. For people who need 2 tactical cameras, you can drop 1 and pick it back up, as well as the tear gas mission just drop stow your grenades and restock.

Actually only need 7 because it will take 56 mins off and you will take atleast 5 mins to do the it and get out. I made a video on this after this video

Shotguns on Ashika Island slay the AI. In Al Mazrah they still feel worse than almost any other weapon.

@@dropfivezero3675 There is def a difference. Its not too bad with the new shottie as it fire rate is really good but others would be a little meh maybe. Could be a damage bug on the new map making them really good

Well actually if you really want to compare it to tarkov, its FREE tarkov and you can even use awesome color filters which the devs won't block in 3 days ;-) Also seems to suffer from less cheaters than what Tarkov is having and thats saying something lmao

Great gameplay, but you make it look too easy. I would have died at the 2 min marker 😂 or sooner.
