Fun fact i've come back and watched this video 4 times now and it's been incredibly motivating and helpful and restructured how I approached study/engaging in resources in a healthy manor over burning myself out. I actually got the chance to say to Carlos that I loved this podcast and it really helped me after my CMS cert exam and he blushed and it was super adorable.

Translation: You’ll spend thousands and thousands of dollars only to get a job where the servers make more and guests still treat you like an idiot and order Caymus. In other words, being a Sommelier is a massive scam and one that you should avoid at all costs.
