This simple egg fried rice is something I have cherished since my childhood and it never fails to put a smile on my face. The beauty of it is that it’s so easy to make and so good and so delicious. It’s also what I call the basic fried rice. If you can master this egg fried rice, you can make any fried rice!
Ingredients:
Leftover cooked rice
Eggs
Green onions
Black pepper
Salt
Dashi powder
Serve with some ketchup (smile is optional but a nice touch😏).
