Well done everyone....🎉.at first I thought Theo might not do sub 4 then near the end the look on Paul's face had me almost convinced he wouldn't do it.... But they both did it !!!..😊... Kudos too Leigh & Victoria too....😊..that looked a bit monotonous too be fair but very interesting when you were pointing out the sights... 👌x

As you probably know, I ran Brighton, not the earliest course but a lot better than the old route and better for the spectators. It was good to watch back; I was so focused on my running. I didn’t really notice any landmarks. Great pacing as well; must have been a great feeling helping others.

Amazing - well done. Many thanks for the brilliant video. I took part in the Brighton Marathon 2024 and finished, however, one to forget given my time. The course does have its quirks and the warm weather did not help. Never know what the marathon will bring! Was my 12th marathon and 7th Brighton...

Well done all. I've signed up for this next year to avoid being in the same marathon as Dawn. Looks my sort of course. Always something of interest to look at. One question. We're both on Zwift with a Noble Pro treadmill. How do we sign up for your runs?

Aaah excellent John. So download the Zwift Companion App. All the runs I do are listed on there. But my live schedule is on this website, zwift.run You sign up on the Companion App and then simply log in a few minutes before.

Could you do a video about your fueling strategy for long runs and marathons? I recall you mentioning you don't take gels. I'm fairly new to running longer distances and do about 15-20km in the weekend, normally without breakfast but wondering how to fuel as I run longer. Hoping to do a full marathon next year. Half marathon distance is doable now. I'd rather not take gels if possible.
