I’ve been struggling with the tangling of the rope. I have knots on the rope but it tangles up when I do southpaws and crossovers. I tried to put the knots on each side of the handle at different distances, but it still tangles. What’s your remedy to that?

Cannit wait to get me hands on the nova rope. My V1 money rope handles can get a bit sweaty and slippery but has speed while my legacy has a a more width with the dip so its better to grip but heavy.....so having them 2in1 seems like the dream 🚀 P.s amazing video as always :)
