Күн бұрынMay 19, 2023. Master Yang Jun performing an abridged version of the Yang Family Tai Chi Senior Form at the 2023 National Taijiquan for Seniors Event in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, China. As part of the opening ceremonies of the event, Master Yang, the fifth generation direct inheritor of Yang tai chi chuan, along with Master Zhu Tiancai, inheritor of Chen tai chi chuan, Master He Youlu, inheritor of He tai chi chuan and Chai Yunlong, the world tai chi champion for Jiaozuo performed together.

I love Grandmaster Yang Jun. I like to watch the Traditional Form. For many people, Yang style is the best fit for them. Everyone would benefit from learning Taiji. After experiencing a hectic life, it is especially relaxing and enjoyable, and helpful for the Stress and PTSD.
