You need to extend the geometry so that the cutter starts off the part instead of plunging into it. Also, the tool path stops at the midpoint of the diameter of the tool. As you defined it into the program, so you need to extend your wireframe by at least the radius of the tool so that it will cut beyond it so you get a clean finish. You don't know what you are doing...
