This tip will show you how we can create a nice chamfer toolpath for holes edges on steep surface.
Use the same technique with cross-hole deburring

Good stuff... I just want to add that you will get your best results using a ball end mill that is about 10 to 30 percent smaller than the counter bore. This will give a much smaller cusp size at the edge and less chance of secondary burr.

6105moss 1 second ago you are a mastercam genius BUT, your videos would be much better, much shorter and less frustrating if you only would QUIT rolling the f'ing mouse zooming in and out a hundred times. QUIT clicking the f'ing mouse and repeating yourself over and over. QUIT rotating the f'ing geometry. Just say it once and that is all you have to do. Love your sense of humor and your accent. Forgive my rant but enough already.
